In Kasubi Tombs the last kings (called "Kabaka") of Buganda was buried.

Buganda was one of the biggest old kingdoms on the territory of the recent days Uganda. Kasubi Tombs is an enormous domed structure made of poles, reeds and thatch, and is still maintained and guarded by Buganda clanspeople. Inside the tombs is a variety of artifacts which belonged to the kings, including musical instruments, weapons and fetishes.

The Kasubi Tombs are one of the few remaining buildings in Uganda in traditional African style.
